St Peter's Court's Tenancy Support Worker works with the tenants housed within the Project, assisting tenants to access needed external services and support. The service offered is to signpost the tenant, and support their needs helping the individual get back on their feet. The Support Worker's aim is to address any outstanding issues and concerns that may be a barrier to future successful independent living. Some examples of areas covered by the service include; Economic well being, Employment and Training, Health and Personal Well being, Current Tenancy Issues, Move on Support and any other concerns that the tenant has at the time.

Move on support when the tenant is ready to live independently will be offered including, assistance accessing housing and welfare packages for furniture/essential items.

Access to Well Being Services

Education and Training whilst living at St Peter's Court is accessible via the local colleges or in-house, subject to funding. 


St Peter's Court can help tenants access a number of well being services throughout the county for a whole range of issues including:

  • Drug/Alcohol Addiction 

  • Mental Health

  • Physical Health 

  • Debt Managements

  • Life Skills

       and, any other issues or concerns that the tenant may have.
